Wells boys advance to B South finals with win over Cape Elizabeth

The sixth-seeded Wells boys basketball team defeated No. 7 Cape Elizabeth 49-36 to advance to the Class B South regional final game.

Wells and Cape Elizabeth met in the 2019 regional final game in the 2019 tournament. Wells won 40-35.

Wells, now 10-10, will play the winner of No. 1 Maranacook and No. 5 Lake Region at the Portland Expo Center on Friday, Feb. 21 at 3:45 p.m.

Cape Elizabeth ends their season with an 8-12 record.
