BUCKFIELD, Maine — A local man was charged Monday with multiple counts of gross sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact and domestic violence assault.

Gary C. Noyes, 42, of 589 Paris Hill Road, was arrested by Oxford County Sheriff’s Lt. Brian Landis.

According to an affidavit by Detective Michael Chavez of the Maine State Police, Chavez was informed in late November that a girl reported Noyes had sexually assaulted her and another girl. According to court files, the assaults took place between 2007 and 2011. Both girls were juveniles.

Noyes is being held at the Oxford County Jail in Paris and is expected to be arraigned in a Paris court Wednesday, a jail official said. If released, Noyes is barred from contacting the girls.

  2. If I could express my thoughts regarding what should happen to Mr. Noyes it surely would not be appropriate reading for young people……karma sir…..

  3. that picture is enough to give me nightmares for the rest of my life. i can only imagine what those girls are going through. note to myself – need to find another picture to get this pig out of my mind.

  4. There is no punishment that would ever be equal to what these sick, disgusting perverts do to these children! But I will say, I wish I could be one of those that gets to decide what it would be!
