DOVER-FOXCROFT – Madeline C. Campbell, 87, died Feb. 17, 2012, at Mayo Regional Hospital, Dover-Foxcroft. She was born Dec. 30, 1924, in Sangerville, the middle of seven girls of Harold and Mary (Pullyard) Clukey.

Madeline worked as a supervisor for Hathaway Shirt Co. for many years.

Madeline is survived by two sons, Brian Campbell and his significant other, Deborah Black, and Cory Campbell and his significant other, Jessica Bentz; daughter, Becky Stevens and her husband, Chris; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, four sisters; a good friend, Gerald Smith; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Brent Campbell; and two sisters. Madeline’s family extends many thanks to her caretaker, Leola Pingree and her dog, Libby, who both made her last days at home happy.

There will be no public services at this time. Spring burial will be at Sangerville Village Cemetery. Messages of condolence and memories may be expressed at
