HAMPDEN – Juliet “Judy” Kellogg Markowsky, 65, died in a peaceful and nonviolent way Aug. 3, 2011, in Hampden, ending her long struggle with a degenerative illness. Judy was the daughter of Robert Orcutt Kellogg and Juliet Spangler Kellogg.
