BELFAST — The sixth annual Belfast Garden Club Open Garden Days features 13 gardens in Belfast, Belmont, Searsport, Searsmont, Bayside and Northport. One garden per week will be open to the public 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Fridays, through Aug. 26. Friday, Aug. 5, will feature the Webster Garden, 746 Shore Road. Tickets can be purchased at each garden on the day of the tour for a donation of $4 for one garden or $15 for a five-visit ticket. CAMDEN — Annual Merryspring Kitchen Tour, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, featuring kitchens in the Camden-Rockport-Lincolnville area, and samples of cuisine from local chefs at every stop. All proceeds from this popular summertime event support Merryspring Nature Center and its year-round nature and environmental education programs. The tour is sponsored by EBS Style Solutions of Camden. Prepurchased tickets are $25 for the whole day. On the day of the tour, available for $30 at any of the kitchens, or at Merryspring Nature Center, Conway Road. Tickets for individual kitchens available for $10.
