Thirty-four-year-old Brett Ingraham and 26-year-old Alexis Ingraham pleaded no contest Friday in Cumberland County Superior Court.
State animal welfare agents seized 15 horses and other animals from the farm a year ago.

He would not be allowed to own horses during that year. The couple would pay $10,000 for the care and custody of the horses since they were seized.
