MILO, Maine — A local man who was arrested recently for domestic assault now faces two charges of unlawful sexual touching.
Daniel Renner, 51, was arrested last week after he allegedly assaulted a family member, according to Milo Police Chief Kenny Williams. Williams said the March 19 assault involved grabbing and the person did not need medical attention.
Renner is expected to make his initial court appearance on the charge on May 2 in Dover-Foxcroft District Court. He posted bail of $500 unsecured and was released the same day he was arrested. Officer Robert Cook was the investigating officer.
Williams said Renner has since been charged with two counts of unlawful sexual touching involving a 15-year-old girl and a 22-year-old woman who are unrelated to him. His initial court date on the new charges filed by Williams is May 16.
