CANAAN — The 8th annual Maine’s Garlic Festival is set to return for a weekend of community, local agriculture, and autumn scenery on Saturday, Oct. 3 and Sunday, Oct. 4 at Lake George Regional Park.
Set lakeside amidst peak fall foliage, the festival brings together approximately 50 diverse vendors offering fresh local produce, artisan garlic specialties and handmade arts and crafts. Attendees can also enjoy local food trucks, craft beer and live folk and Americana performances throughout the weekend.
Drawing more than 1,000 visitors annually, the event serves as a critical annual fundraiser for Lake George Regional Park, supporting the upkeep, operations and community programming of the public space.
