How can Sen. Susan Collins presume she is supporting her Maine constituents when she could only say she was “not likely” to vote for Donald Trump in 2024? Not likely?

After the past and ongoing corruption of democracy (and basic human decency), she still doesn’t know for sure whether she will vote for him? I think that is all people need to know about Collins.
