A juvenile faces a second degree murder charge after police found a woman dead in a home in Madison, New Hampshire.
According to the New Hampshire attorney general’s office and state police, officers responded to a 911 call around 6:40 p.m. Friday to a home on Burgdorf Drive in Madison, which is near Conway in Carroll County, New York.
Police discovered the body of Melissa Hatch, 42, of Madison.
A juvenile was subsequently arrested, but no further information has been released.
“Since the alleged perpetrator is a juvenile, the law precludes any further information from being released,” authorities said.
An autopsy is tentatively scheduled for Sunday.
