Lawyers to be stationed in libraries across state to offer free legal advice

These World War II posters are some of the nearly 800 posters that have been in the Bangor Public Library collection for decades. Since this winter, Bangor-based photographer James Daigle has been collaborating with the University of Maine's Fogler Library to digitize most of these posters which span World War I and World War II. Bangor Public Library plans to unveil his collection of digital images of these posters on Veterans Day --November 11, 2011. Prints of the posters will eventually be for sale. Eugene Daigle ( James Daigle's brother) and Barbara Daigle of Bangor--both miltary veterans, are funding the digitization project.
