Veto champ

Before Gov. Paul LePage was grabbing headlines and issuing veto threats, there was another governor with a more colorful personality…The late James Longley. Some of my first editorial cartoons were of  Longley.  The former governor seemed to enjoy being caricatured and asked for original cartoons on many occasions.
