A three-story apartment building burned on Cumberland Street in Rumford Saturday afternoon.
Few details were immediately available, but an Oxford County dispatcher confirmed a fire at 207 Cumberland St. in Rumford.

According to the Red Cross, they are helping 22 people displaced by the fire.
Fire officials said no one was injured, but the apartment building is a total loss.
