A plane crash on Grand Manan Island, New Brunswick, has killed a pilot and a paramedic, according to CTV News.

The Ambulance New Brunswick plane crashed in a grassy area just feet from an island airport on Saturday, the news outlet reported. A nurse and second pilot who were on board survived.

The cause of the crash has not yet been determined, according to a release from Ambulance New Brunswick. CTV reported that the Transportation Safety Board of Canada was sending a team to investigate.
