PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The Presque Isle Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a 58-year-old missing man with a heart condition who last was seen in the Ashland area.

Presque Isle police Detective Sgt. Wayne Selfridge said Thursday that Charlie Flint had been living in Presque Isle but was from the Ashland area.

He has been missing since Monday evening and last was seen wearing bluejeans and a dark shirt. He is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 240 pounds.

He last was reported to be driving a gray Jeep Wrangler with a black top and has made no further contact with anyone. He may have a Pomeranian dog with him that answers to the name Rusty.

Police consider him to be in peril because he has a heart problem.

Anyone with information is asked to call the department at 764-4476.
