MECA President Donald Tuski discusses artists in the workforce, community
By Seth Koenig, BDN Staff
Maine College of Art President Donald Tuski talks about what skills and abilities artists, including those his institution teaches in downtown Portland, bring to employers or communities they join. MECA is welcoming its largest incoming class in eight years on Labor Day Weekend. Tuski attributes that growth, in part, to MECA programs such as Artists At Work and the school's public engagement minor.
