Richard Lary, a dairy farmer in Clinton, has been told that he must remove a trout pond that he recently built on his property because of its location near a wetland and its flooding of a nearby neighbors road. Lary has been threatened with fines up to $7,000 and $500 a day from the Maine Department of Environment Protection.
