Workers have begun building tents and stages on the Bangor Waterfront for the 2014 American Folk Festival. The festival will run from Aug. 22-24 and features acts from around the world, bringing a kaleidoscope of cultures to Bangor. The festival is free, but there is a suggested donation of $10 per day.
