Real estate developers to speak at Portland Eggs & Issues

PORTLAND, Maine — The Portland Community Chamber is pleased to announce that Portland real estate developers Jim Brady, Tim Soley, and Vin Veroneau will speak at Eggs & Issues on Wednesday, April 3,  at the Holiday Inn by the Bay in Portland. Doors open at 7 a.m. for networking, breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m., and the program will begin at 8 a.m.

The developers plan to present a fresh perspective on what impact on Portland three big hotel projects in the works will have. The discussion will be moderated by Justin Lamontagne, associate broker at NAI, The Dunham Group.

Cost is $17 for Chamber members and $27 for non-members. To register, visit and click on “Register for an Event.” If space is available, registrations will be taken at the door. Members of the media may attend for free in the designated seating area.

Eggs & Issues is one of the Chamber’s most popular events.  The morning breakfast is held each month (except July and August) and invites a speaker to address current issues of the region.  This season marks the 28th anniversary.
