Gifford’s Ice Cream Contest Giving Away Tickets to NASCAR Sprint Cup Race

SKOWHEGAN, Maine — Gifford’s Ice Cream, sponsor of New Hampshire Motor Speedway’s popular Bandolero Series, a division of U.S Legend Cars International, is giving away 25 pairs of tickets to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race on September 22nd, the Sylvania 300.

The “Race to Gifford’s” contest begins Friday, May 24, at all five Gifford’s Ice Cream stands, and is part of a summer-long series of race-related events that also includes visits to each stand by New Hampshire Motor Speedway this summer.

The Race to Gifford’s Ticket Contest

To enter the Race to Gifford’s contest, visit any of the five family-owned Gifford’s Ice Cream stands on or after May 24 to pick up your Race to Gifford’s card, and then have it stamped at each of the five Gifford’s Ice Cream locations. The first 20 people to turn in a card with stamps from all five Gifford’s stands will receive a pair of tickets to the Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on September 22nd.

Five additional winners will be chosen from all completed Race to Gifford’s cards received through August 26. Complete contest details are available at any Gifford’s stand.

NHMS Visits

Each Gifford’s stand will host a family fun event when New Hampshire Motor Speedway is in town with a chance to sit in the NHMS Pace Car or see one of the Bandolero cars up close, while meeting the speedway mascot Milo the Moose, and having a chance to win prizes and giveaways.

NHMS will be at each stand on the following days:

Sunday, May 26 – Skowhegan

Saturday, June 8 – Waterville

Sunday, June 9 – Bangor

Saturday, June 22 – Farmington

Sunday, June 23 – Auburn

Each pace car visit event is from 2 to 6 p.m.
