Friday Morning Stretch Classes – Start your weekend off right!
During April, bring a friend to Stretch and Tone at High Mountain Hall in Camden and you will both receive 50% off the walk-in rate. This is a great chance to check out the class and an excellent way to begin the day!
Stretch and Tone is a low impact workout suitable for all ages and body types and the exercises can be modified for all levels and abilities. The class is designed to help increase flexibility while also toning your muscles and burning fat so you can more easily do the things you love. The exercises are also good for developing strength and improving muscle tone, posture, coordination and body alignment. If you want to get fit and flexible, this is the class for you!
Classes are held on Fridays, 7:45 to 8:45am. The drop in rate is $10-$12 on a sliding scale.
Stretch and Tone is taught by Laurie Wolfrum who first took a stretch class as a young child as part of her classical ballet and jazz training. She has found that the benefits of flexibility have proven helpful not only for dancing, but for day-to-day tasks and keeping up with her four children.
