PORTLAND, Maine — The Eagle Point Companies will move their administrative offices from One City Center in Portland to 125 John Roberts Road, Suite 12, South Portland, effective Monday, June 10.
“The new offices provide our team with additional space that accommodates the work effort that is required to support a growing national portfolio of affordable housing properties that we own, manage or consult on. We expect our portfolio to grow even more as a result of our launching of Eagle Point Development, which is focused on acquiring, renovating and preserving additional multi-family affordable housing properties nationally,” says CEO Laura Burns.
Eagle Point employs almost 200 people across the country, with approximately 30 of these employees based in Maine.
To date, Eagle Point has invested in 4,300 housing units in 8 states. Eagle Point Management (“EPM”) provides property management services to maintain and operate the portfolio. The Signal Group (“TSG”) delivers consulting to government agencies as well as owners, lenders and managers of affordable housing properties.
