Washburn Boys Basketball 69 at Fort Fairfield 61

At Fort Fairfield, senior guard Mitch Worcester scored 39 points, including the 2,000th of his high school career, to lead undefeated Washburn to victory.

Worcester, who entered the game needing 19 points to reach the milestone, also grabbed four rebounds.

Derek Baker and Noah Caron each added nine points for the 12-0 Beavers, while Cameron Preston grabbed a team-high five rebounds.

Andrew Lewis led 6-8 Fort Fairfield with 29 points and 19 rebounds.
