Ellsworth Softball 1 at John Bapst 2

At Husson University in Bangor, Karrie O’Donnell and Jasmine Durant each rapped a run-scoring single in the second inning, providing the Crusaders with the only runs they would need.
Durant made the runs stand up, pitching a four-hitter with four strikeouts, no walks and a hit batter.
Katherine Jordan singled twice and scored a run in the first inning for Ellsworth. Emily Berry hit an RBI double to support losing pitcher Megan Hunt, who allowed only three hits. She struck out six, walked one and hit two batters.
