Right in our own area we have a garden of vegetables from the sea. But how much do you really know about them?
Shep Erhart, the founder and owner of Maine Sea Coast Vegetables in Franklin, will present a talk on how and where sea vegetables are harvested and organically processed, and he will share some ways they can be incorporated in your diet. Sea vegetables can add new and nutritious elements for a healthier diet.
The talk will take place at the Beth Wright Center, 23 Commerce Park, Ellsworth, on February 20 at 2:15 p.m. For further information call 664-0339.
