The Camden Opera House will host a rare Lenten season performance of one of the masterworks of J.S. Bach, the Saint John Passion. Under the direction of Anthony Antolini, conductor of the DownEast Singers and the Bowdoin Chorus, this fully staged concert will feature the Mozart Mentors orchestra and chorus. Soloists are David Myers, Richard Fiske, Joelle Morris and Erin Chenard. The role of Jesus will be sung by Jerry LiaBraaten, pastor of Nativity Lutheran Church, Rockport.

This event is held in celebration of the Fiftieth Anniversary of Nativity, and all profits will be donated to local charities Hospitality House and the Rockland Food Bank. General admission is $20 with Patron seating available on the floor at $50. Join us in community music making to benefit the community.
