Raising the Bar: A Personal Exploration focuses on an examination of our relationship with the physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual presence available to everyone. Participants will be encouraged to discuss existing and potential strengths and weaknesses in each of these four states of human consciousness. The goal is to achieve a greater degree of personal awareness and balance by furthering our understanding of ourselves, our environment and others.
