LUCERNE-IN-MAINE, Maine –  Enjoy a fall paddle and explore the many scenic islands of Phillips Lake on Saturday, Sept. 28, with Great Pond Mountain Conservation Trust. Meet at 10 am at the Phillips Lake public boat landing (take Poplar Road off Rte. 1A) and bring boat, paddle, life

jacket and a bag lunch. Paddlers will also have an opportunity to help put up small conservation easement signs on the islands, which are
