ROCKPORT, Maine — Pen Bay Healthcare’s Picker Family Resource Center and Spectrum Generations are offering a series of free workshops open to adults of all ages who have or care for someone with constant or long-term pain. “Living Well with Chronic Pain” is a six-week program to be held from 9:30 a.m. to noon Tuesdays, beginning June 11, at the Picker Family Resource Center. The workshop will help participants better cope with chronic pain and feel more in control while teaching them how healthy eating can make a difference, how to balance activity and rest, and much more.
