BANGOR, Maine — John Gibboni has been appointed to director of finance at Hollywood Casino Hotel & Raceway. Gibboni will be responsible for overseeing accounting, warehouse and purchasing, planning and analysis, Information Technology and player services.
“John has extensive experience inside the gaming industry in accounting, strategic planning and market analysis and will be a great asset to our facility and team,” said John Osborne, general manager of Hollywood Casino Hotel & Raceway in Bangor, in a press release. “We’ve just celebrated our one year anniversary of table games at the casino and we continue to add to our customer offerings and the exceptional team of employees here at Hollywood. John is a great fit here and we’re excited to have him on board.”
Gibboni has a 12-year gaming career working, or assisting, in practically every gaming market in the United States. His accounting experience formed the basis for his rapid advancement and promotions to a Manager of Planning and Analysis.
