The Aroostook Teen Leadership Camp program is a leadership development and drug prevention program of Aroostook Mental Health Services, Inc., and serves Aroostook County teens. Any student in grades 6-8 can attend a five-day residential summer camp program held at the University of Maine at Fort Kent July 21-25, 2019 to learn leadership skills, attend workshops about teen topics, and develop positive social skills through structured evening activities as well as lasting friendships. The teens have opportunities to develop learned skills by participating in follow-up activities during the school year and are encouraged to stay involved for years to come.
Registration forms for this summer’s camp will be available in schools and online (at www.atlc-camp.org) on Feb. 11. For more information, please contact Amber Stedt, ATLC Program Coordinator, at 498-6431 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
