Balanced Body Studio is holding a nine-week session of Yamuna® Body Rolling and Foot Fitness starting Monday, October 16.

Marianna Moll, a Certified Yamuna® Practitioner who has trained for many years to teach this cutting-edge fitness practice.

“This practice will make you leaner, longer and stronger,” explained Moll a popular teacher and health coach who has a 25-year-old practice at the Belfast Yoga Studio, “it will also deepen your practice, prevent or heal injury, and elongate tight muscles, as well as improving athletic performance. It promotes fuller breathing & deep relaxation. Most of all it is fun! ”

“I play better tennis than I ever have in my life,” continues Moll, “plus the extra special part of this practice is the Yamuna® Foot Fitness because, as Yamuna says, to maintain full flexibility throughout your body you need to create flexibility in your feet and if you take care of your feet, they can take you anywhere you want to go in your life.”
