Balanced Body Studio is holding a nine-week session of Yamuna® Body Rolling and Foot Fitness starting Monday, October 16.
Marianna Moll, a Certified Yamuna® Practitioner who has trained for many years to teach this cutting-edge fitness practice.
“This practice will make you leaner, longer and stronger,” explained Moll a popular teacher and health coach who has a 25-year-old practice at the Belfast Yoga Studio, “it will also deepen your practice, prevent or heal injury, and elongate tight muscles, as well as improving athletic performance. It promotes fuller breathing & deep relaxation. Most of all it is fun! ”

The full session runs on Mondays from October 16, through December 19, with no class on November 27. Students can save by signing up for the full session. Sign up session costs for the Yamuna® Foot Fitness class at 5:00-5:15 pm is $36, with a drop-in cost of $5. The Yamuna® Body Rolling from 5:15-6:15 pm is $90 with a per-class drop-in of $12.
