BANGOR — Henry Lin, MD has joined the team at Northern Light Surgery to provide comprehensive evaluation and management of minimally invasive surgical technology, including robotic-assisted surgery. These advanced procedures are making it possible for many of his patients to go home either the same day of their scheduled surgery, or shortly thereafter.
Dr. Lin received his medical degree at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, did his internship and residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego in basic and general surgery, and completed his fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center with a specialty in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery. Board certified by the American Board of Surgery in general surgery, Dr. Lin has a passion in curing co-morbidities of obesity, and will focus on the whole patient, to achieve the agreed upon goals.
Dr. Lin specializes in bariatric surgery, laparoscopy procedures, Foregut, GERD and hiatal hernias, diverticular disease, colon and rectal cancer.
