BETHESDA, Md. – Lobster ME, a fast casual restaurant offering Maine-inspired lobster rolls and seafood entrees, will open its third location in late October at the Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda.

Lobster ME serves lobster rolls featuring Maine lobster in a variety of flavors, including Cajun and Italian. The Lobsicle, a Maine lobster tail served on a stick, is a customer favorite. The menu features other lobster entrees such as Lobster Mac ‘n’ Cheese and Lobster Tacos, as well as shrimp, crab and fish specialties.

According to a press release, Lobster ME is committed to serving lobster directly from the icy cold waters off the Maine coast to ensure the finest flavor and because Maine’s lobster industry is recognized worldwide for the sustainable harvesting practices of its fishermen. The restaurant’s interior design pays homage to the traditional lobster shacks of Maine, updated with refined materials and finishes for a more modern aesthetic.  The Westfield Montgomery location will be built using preserved old growth timber from Maine, reclaimed from the Penobscot River.

Currently, Lobster ME operates two restaurants at the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, and at the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian Casino Resort, along with a food truck in Las Vegas. The company is in rapid expansion mode, with plans to open along the West and East coasts.
