Blue Hill Public Library will host a showing of the film documentary, Miss Representation, with a discussion afterwards, on Friday November 4th at 7:00 PM. All community members are welcome at this event sponsored by the library, Blue Hill Consolidated School, The Bay School and George Stevens Academy. Childcare and light refreshments will be provided.

The film explores the under-representation of women in positions of power and influence in America, and challenges the media’s limited portrayal of what it means to be a strong woman. For more information, call the Library at 374-5515.
