Cub Scout Pack 132 Food Drive Set for November 5

CALAIS, Maine — Cub Scouts Pack 132 in Calais will hold a food drive 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 5. Cub Scouts will collect food donations from door to door in the neighborhoods of Barker, Swan, Downes, Lafayette and Germain streets and Calais Avenue.

The food collected will be donated to the Irene Chadbourne Ecumenical Food Pantry, which is a non-profit organization that provides emergency food and non-perishable essential household items to needy people in the greater Calais area as far north as Topsfield and far south as Pembroke.

The boys in Cub Scout Pack 132 live in Calais, Woodland Alexander, Robbinston, Cooper and Princeton. If you are interested in making a donation to the food drive and do not live in the planned collection area, contact a member of Pack 132 or search Cub Scout- Pack 132 on Facebook and send a message.
