PORTLAND — Constant Energy Capital Management, Inc., the financial technology company that provides simple, online payment alternatives to cash and traditional credit for energy-related upgrades, has announced two additions to its Portland-based management team.

Carissa Robb is executive vice president of operations. Robb’s extensive experience as former senior vice president and head of U.S. Loan Servicing at TD Bank is key to expanding the company’s delivery of innovative products to borrowers.
In April 2019, John Thomas will join the management team as executive vice president, Innovation and Technologies. Thomas’experience at Wex most recently as senior vice president, Global Fleet Technologies, will catalyze the company’s technology road map and implementation timing.
“Carissa’s expertise in loan servicing, collections and compliance, and John’s leadership of high-performing teams implementing fintech payment solutions will help accelerate our business,” said Powers. “Their addition to our management team will further enable us to offer competitive financing online, more efficiently.”
