STEUBEN — Priscilla Bills will be the featured artist for the month of April at the Henry D. Moore Library and Community Center at 22 Village Road.

An opening reception is set for 6-7:30 p.m. Monday, April 1, and the show will be available for viewing during regular library hours for the rest of the month.

Bills is originally from Steuben and currently lives in Ellsworth. She expresses herself through a range of mediums, from acrylic and oils to pencil drawings. She enjoys trying new mediums and subjects and often creates pieces in a series such as abstract, portrait, animals and still life with flowers and fruit.

She is a former artists’ model and has had a lifelong love for the arts and symbolism.
