The lawyer for the mother of Ayla Reynolds is running a legal notice in a newspaper for a wrongful death lawsuit against the child’s father.
If Justin DiPietro isn’t served with a summons by Sunday, a wrongful death lawsuit against him could be thrown out.
Reynolds and her attorney now have another two months to find Justin DiPietro to serve him with a summons or their wrongful death lawsuit may be thrown out.
