Two people have been charged in connection with a Thursday shooting in Jay.

The Sun Journal reports that Alicia Beck, 35, of Bangor and Arthur Cohen, 35, of Waterbury, Connecticut, were charged with reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and Cohen was also charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. Cohen was prohibited from possessing firearms due to previous felony convictions.

Police said that shots were fired about 3 p.m., and bullets entered two different apartments in a building on Otis Street, the newspaper reports.

Nobody was hurt in the shooting.

No motive has been identified, according to the Sun Journal.

Beck and Cohen are being held without bail at the Franklin County Jail in Farmington.
