The Greater Portland METRO is now requiring all passengers to wear a face covering when they ride its buses.

Other rules in place include using the entrance in the back of the bus when boarding and to keep a distance from other riders.

METRO bus drivers have also been told to not let more than 10 people on to ride at the same time.

Staff are working to section off areas of seating on these buses.
