Police said the death of 45-year-old Westbrook man Henry Jacques does not appear to be suspicious.

Police will continue investigating upon further testing, according to Westbrook police Capt. Steven Goldberg.

Jacques was last seen Friday at his home, 55 Brown St., in Westbrook and was found dead Tuesday afternoon behind St. Anthony’s Church on Brown Street.

The chief medical examiner’s office will determine the cause of death.
