An Auburn man allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl at an Oxford beach on Monday.

The Lewiston Sun Journal reports that Treven Nay, 19, was charged with felony gross sexual assault.

Nay allegedly sexually assaulted an intoxicated and unconscious 14-year-old girl at Pismo Beach in Oxford about 1 a.m. Monday, the Sun Journal reports, citing a police report.

The 19-year-old made an appearance via video conference at Rumford District Court on Wednesday, the newspaper reports.

He is being held on $1,000 cash bail at the Oxford County Jail in Paris.
