Police are searching for a suspect in a Sunday robbery at a Portland Rite Aid.
A man approached the pharmacist at the Rite Aid at 290 Congress St. about 4 p.m. and handed him a note demanding drugs, Portland police Lt. Robert Martin said.
The suspect then fled with an undisclosed quantity of drugs, Martin said.
No one was hurt during the robbery.
Martin described the robber as a white man in his 20s who is about 6-foot-2 and has a slim build. The man was wearing a white short-sleeved shirt, gray shorts, a gray flat-brimmed hat and carrying a gray backpack.
