The Kennebunk High School girls’ basketball team finished the regular season with four straight wins and kept rolling in the quarterfinal round of the tournament Monday, beating Lincoln Academy to advance to the semifinals.

The Rams outscored the Eagles 53-33 Monday night at the Portland Exposition Building.

Kennebunk will next take the court for an 11:30 a.m. semifinal round contest Wednesday at the Cross Insurance Arena.

The Rams haven’t been to the semifinals in more than a decade. They were eliminated in the quarterfinals of each of the last two tournaments, losing to York High School in 2018 and Brunswick High School in 2017.

Lincoln Academy was knocked out of the tourney last season in the quarterfinal round by Marshwood High School of South Berwick.
