Windham police released this apparent surveillance video image of a man they believe was involved in a hit-and-run on Sunday.

Windham Police are asking for help identifying a man who was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run involving an elderly couple.

Police say the hit-and-run happened on Sunday around 3 p.m. on River Road by Duck Pond Variety.
