FREEHOLD, New Jersey — Wyatt Harriman allowed just two hits in 4 ⅔ innings to propel the Maine state champion Bronco-Hermon all-star team by Elmwood Little League of Rhode Island 10-0 at the Junior League Eastern Regional baseball tourney Friday.

Harriman struck out two and walked three before John Lauter came on to record the final out in the 10-run rule contest.

Bronco-Hermon advanced to a winners bracket game against New Jersey at 7 p.m. Saturday in the tourney for ages 12-14.

Keith Pomeroy and Gavin Patridge sparked Bronco-Hermon with three hits each with Pomeroy driving in two runs and Patridge plating one. Sam Economy chipped in with two hits while Mychal Beaulieu drove in two runs.

James Durante and Christopher Guzman each had a hit for Elmwood.
