MACHIAS, Maine — The Washington County Grand Jury on Wednesday indicted an Addison man already facing burglary and theft charges with an additional charge of failing to appear in court.
William A. Popham, 31, was arrested Sept. 13, 2015, in connection with a burglary at the Barren View Golf Course in Jonesboro. He was indicted in March on charges of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, aggravated criminal mischief and failure to sign a summons in connection with that incident.
Also on Wednesday, two people — Troy A. Smith, 41, of Wesley and Sabrina A. Lacrosse, 32, of Machias — were indicted on a charge of unlawfully operating a methamphetamine manufacturing laboratory in connection with an incident Dec. 23, 2015, in Wesley.
Others indicted this week were:
Falin N. Robinson, 30, Machias, three counts of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in connection with an incident Dec. 31, 2015, in Machias.
Richard H. Bryant, 45, East Machias, criminal trespass, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and violation of conditions of release. The charges are tied to an incident Jan. 1 in Machias.
Randy D. Urquhart Jr., 31, Jonesport, theft by unlawful taking in connection with a Dec. 30, 2015, incident in Addison.
Tanya L. Brown, 39, Princeton, theft by unlawful taking, connected to alleged theft between Aug. 1, 2014, and May 1, 2015 in Calais.
Jessica M. Oblatore, 31, Eastport, driving to endanger and reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon in connection with an incident Jan. 16 in Calais.
Stephen J. Cheney Jr., 36, Lubec, operating after revocation and operating without a license in connection with an incident Dec. 11, 2015, in Lubec.
Ricky O. Millay, 52, Harrington, leaving the scene of an accident involving personal injury, driving to endanger, aggravated criminal operating under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, criminal mischief and operating beyond license condition or restriction, connected to an incident on Nov. 14, 2015, in Harrington.
