COBURN GORE, Maine — A Quebec truck driver escaped injury Tuesday morning after his rig overturned near the Canadian border, according to police.
Eric Dubois was heading south on Route 27 when he lost control on an icy corner around 6 a.m., according to Franklin County Sheriff Scott Nichols.
Dubois overcorrected and his truck rolled onto the driver’s side, with logs Dubois was hauling falling from the trailer, according to Nichols.
Dubois was checked out at the scene by an ambulance crew, Nichols said.
