BANGOR, Maine — Police are searching for a man believed to have started a fire on Sunset Avenue earlier this month, according to a posting on Bangor police’s Facebook page.
According to the posting, the incident happened just prior to midnight on April 17, and the fire was set in a dumpster. The dumpster fire later spread to a nearby building, but Bangor firefighters were able to put it out quickly.
The suspect was wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt under a T-shirt.
